GPS Tracks

How to Use GPS tracks

On a Mac or PC you can view the routes on Google Earth.

On a Mac you can also view the routes on the rather wonderful TrailrunnerX – it does many things, one of which is to scare you by working out the total ascent for each day!

On an iPhone the best method is to grab the Trails app (£2.39) which you can use to import the tracks from the links above. You can also use it to track your ride over the three days and then download them to your computer or share on the Everytrail site.
